CENTURY 21

Description of Work: My wife and I had a very depressing experience with our realtor Lisa Mollman. She was unable at times to provide us the attention we considered necessary during our house hunting experience. We were particularly patient with her on more than one event. Once we had to wait two days to make an offer on a house because she had to take care of other customers. Someone else made an offer on the house when she became available and we could not afford the house at the new higher price. At the end of our house hunting endeavor she was unprofessional and more specifically we found some of her remarks and actions towards us to be insulting. We emailed our objections to Century 21 head office, and their answer was received on 11/19/12. They said they would advance our complaint to the owner of the franchise. We are going into our 3rd week in waiting for a phone call/apology for our experience, but we have not heard from the owner. We called the agency before we made this review to ensure we were not jumping the gun, but our phone call has not been returned at the time of this review (12/11/12). If we received a phone call/apology we would not have gone on-line to ensure our voice is heard and not ignored.
