Gas Log Service
He was to build a fire place at his own shop and then bring it back to my home to install. He says that he can't do that. All he did was look at the box and put the gas insert unit back. I told that was fine and we will do something else and that he could write out my check but he said that there is no refund and he was going to charge me extra to do other work.
