Mr. Spencer did a wonderful job throughout my home and I couldn't be more pleased. He provided a very neat and concise estimate, before starting the job and (except where I added additional work that had not been included in the original estimate), there were no surprises. Mr. Spencer took great care, to make certain that my floors and household furnishings were protected in work areas and it was not unusual to see him with a broom, mop or vacuum cleaner in hand. He even soft scrubbed the tub! His work and that of his helpers was impeccable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a large or small job. He'll do just about anything you need done, no matter how small, and do it well. I provided all of the tile, paint, toilets, lights, and C.E.Services provided the labor. All said and done, the entire project's cost (including materials) ran about $5,700 and I was very pleased. What's more, it only took 1 week from start to finish! Hire again? In a heartbeat!
