 + -1 moreCould not recommend Mr Cassell any higher.
Description of Work: Bought a new TV for living room and after moving a 55" TV from living room to bedroom, could not get sound. Installation people on new TV tried to find problem and could not. Called Mr. Cassell, based on Angie's list reviews, as we did not want to have to take such a large TV into a shop. Mr Cassell returned our call, made a suggestion as to common problem and we were able to get the sound without a service call. We really appreciated his willingness to help with our problem and will be sure to use him with any future problem.

 + -1 moreI have an older LCD TV that needed repair. We talked about the pros and cons of repairing the TV. He was very pleasant and helpful.
Description of Work: The gentleman was very nice and helpful. We decided the repairs were too expensive to justify. I was impressed he was willing to help me make that decision with no hard sell techniques.

 + -1 moreI had called some other TV repair places first and they wanted me to bring the TV into the store. Bring a 73and quot; TV in! No Way! So I called Cassel and talked to Jerry. He came out that same day in the afternoon. He was extremely nice, very professional, and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem. He had to get a replacement part; said it would take a couple of days. However, he was able to hook up a bypass from the bad part and we still had many stations we could access until the part came in. He said the TV was still under warranty and didn't charge a dime. I would definitely recommend him and I will use him again if the need arises.
