I had called some other TV repair places first and they wanted me to bring the TV into the store. Bring a 73and quot; TV in! No Way! So I called Cassel and talked to Jerry. He came out that same day in the afternoon. He was extremely nice, very professional, and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem. He had to get a replacement part; said it would take a couple of days. However, he was able to hook up a bypass from the bad part and we still had many stations we could access until the part came in. He said the TV was still under warranty and didn't charge a dime. I would definitely recommend him and I will use him again if the need arises.
