If its a residential,commercial, pitched,flat,metal,modified,rubber, any roof,we will fix it,and fix it right the first time. I will not have call backs, look us up on the BBB website, Carter Re-Roofing, and include the Re when you do please. We also do new roofs, but prefer to do re-roofs. Any amount of layers, we will get them off and inspect the decking, fix it if need be, then put on whatever type roof you need in any color you choose. Give us a call ,and the leaks and or wind or hail damage are done.Again we will work with your insurance provider to secure all funds needed to make necessary repairs. Chris Carter of Chris Carter Re-roofing has not paid the sub-contractor who is now threatening to put a lien on my house. Chris Carter Re-roofing was paid in full.
The paint job performed by Carter Re-roofing is fair after Chris Carter came and did touch ups, however all the scraped paint, empty paint cans and tools were left in my yard for me to clean up. I could have gotten a better paint job but I didn't want to deal with him anymore.
His professionalism was deplorable, he hounded me for the insurance money almost daily even though is business card says "Insurance Claims Specialist"
I was not going to give any review since I was happy with the roof job but since now I am having a lien filed on my house due to non-payment to the sub-contractor others should know that he doesn't pay his subs and working with him isn't worth the hassle it causes.
