I have been dealing with Cardinal Pools for years. They are always friendly and helpful. They have installed sand filters and pumps and every year they provide me with water analysis to get my pool up and running. I don't know what I would do without them. Liz, you have a customer for life! I so appreciate all of you.

There is not a whole lot I want to say about this company. They wound up charging me more than it should have been. The tiles around the edge of the pool have all been coming loose. This started happening about a year-and-a-half after they did the work. Quite honestly, I don't want to deal with them any longer.

I think they are very reasonable in their charges and they are really good at coming home when I am not ay home and helping me out because I can't get home from work. They just come out and do it of course I have to use him for a while and they try to work really hard to be accommodating. They open and close our pool, they clean the cartridges and our filter, and they put in our freeze alarm. They are the best.

Recieved estimate and agreed to price. We had a lot of rain late May and June and company started as soon as stopped. Crew was very good and worked effeciently. Took a couple of weeks to complete whole process but crew was working the whole time. Plastering was beautiful. Requires quite a bit of aftercare until totally cured but Cardinal provided detailed instructions and was available to perform service if needed (followed instructions and did it myself). Filter service was a little slow but it was the busiest time of year and they are a busy company. Not so slow that it upset me but felt it could have been completed faster.

The coping form fell off and the finish is terrible. They tried to make up for it by applying cool deck but it still looks terrible. They did not know enough to keep the deck from adhering to my retaining wall, so as the wall naturally moves the deck is now broken.To top it all off. They gave me a jar of paint to touch up their poor work. I understood it to be given to me as some consolation for the lousy job. They filed on my credit report when I didnt pay for it.Out $9,000, a terrible job, my deck needs to be replaced again AND a ding on my credit.

They were supposed to show up at a certain time on a certain date to discuss pool tile repairs. I stayed home that afternoon, away from work, and they did not show up nor did they call to tell me they were not going to show up. The next day when I got home from work they were sitting in my driveway. This was not the tile repair group but the guys who work on pump. I had a leak and told them about it; they told me they were busy on another job the day before which is why they did not show up. The guy told me he could fix my leak in about 2 minutes with some silicone. He did this and then presented me with a bill for $80 for one hour's work. I thought this was extremely poor business practice since (1) I had stayed at home, taking time off work,f or an entire afternoon waiting on them and they never showed up or called and (2) I had repeatedly told Cardinal that my priority was the tile work. Needless to say I did not pursue any further "work" from Cardinal.
Also I had requested a full examination of the pump system to diagnose the leak, as in finding the true source, not just patch it. This did not happen. The Cardinal service person did nothing but apply silicone to the leak area.
I later called another company out; this individual showed up on time, completely disassembled the pump and filter valve and found the source of the problem, which was some broken parts in the filter valve. He replaced these and explained the entire process.

Horrible. They would not respond to calls, even daily phone calls, would show days after an appt for repairs or filter cleanings or special work or not at all. Their receptionist is stupid and rude. My wife caught them in numerous lies (over 20). The pH of the pool was never correct. It took 3 months to repair the pool light. It took 3 weeks to get them to start to clean the pool after the great floods cause the creek to come over the pool making a huge mess!! It looked like a cow pond and they ignored our complaints and those of the weekly pool cleaner (who was just a college kid and didn't know how to clean such a bad mess) then it took another 2 weeks to get it back to normal. They took 3 weeks to close the pool after their scheduled date for closure--they apparently forgot even though we called daily, then they lied about repairing the holes in the cover causing the cover to fail and cost more this year to open it. Basically, they lie, lie some more. don't do what they say they will and charge top dollar. We chose them cause they have been in bussines for a long time and we didn't mind paying extra for quality but they are actually really lousy at what they do and they don't care.

The access to my back yard was very tight and they did a great job of getting equipment in and out with very minimal damage to the yard. I got quotes from four different swimming pool builders and Cardinal was in line with all of them with respect to price. In fact, they were as inexpensive as the lowest bid. I selected Cardinal Aquatech Pools because they are a locally & family owned business and because I read good reviews about them. They always did what they said, when they said they would do it. I have been tremendously happy with their company and recommend them highly.

I have lived in Oklahoma my entire life. Cardinal Pools has always been a positive name. They have been in business since 1959 and they know what they are doing. Dee is the engineer and he is amazing. He took care of us every step of the way, and we had a lot of questions. We made a few changes and he was on it. Their prices are the best AND you get what you pay for. We were logical in getting four quotes for the project and I knew from the get go it would be Cardinal and it was. Our pool was finished in less time than they quoted. It is so beautiful and we love it. This is a company that truly does take care of you. I have the upmost respect for Cardinal Pools and I highly recommend this company. It is family owned so, enough said.

I had close contact with Cardinal for 30 years when I worked for the gas company and they put in gas water heaters for pools. I was so impressed with the company then that I considered no one else for the hot tub. It is an exceptional company.
