The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM. I was ready. The supervisor showed up at almost 9:00 AM, and told me that the worker was running a little late. I was told that the process would take about 2 hours. The worked did not show up until almost 10AM. Now I run a business from my home and had a client scheduled for 10. They did not finish until almost the exact time I finished with my client, at 12 noon.
So the overall experience was partially good, partially not so good. The actually clean windows were clean. The windows with storm windows were clean-ER. And the time management was very bad.
Overall I would not use this vendor again.

I was a little disappointed that Mike had forgotten that I had said we had storm windows and had to cancel our initial appointment. But we rescheduled for the next week and they did such a great job, I most definitely give them an A. They even got the overspray paint off. I'm still amazed that these original windows look so fabulous.

Very well. I bought a coupon on Angie's List for $89.00. I knew the price would be more than that because we have double the amount of windows that the coupon covered, and I let Capitol know that and they said no problem- they came out within 2 weeks; were on time; and did not charge too much. I had previously used a different company that charged $400 so I was expecting close to $300, but they came in at a total of $200, for a 2-story house with about 30 windows. I will definitely call them again.
