I worked with Ted Newton at Capital Mortgage to obtain an FHA loan for my first house. He was fantastic. Really great for first-time buyers, he talked me through the process. He talked to me a lot about rates and their trends and when he thought was a good time to lock in. Things I didn't really know about going into the process. He always had time to speak with me on the phone and got back to me whenever I left messages. Sorry, I don't have details on closing costs, but Ted talked me through all the line-items and made me feel very confident about the details.
