Experience went great overall. Sales staff was always available or called back in a timely manner. First day they were supposed to start the crew had some vehicle problems and I recieved a call as soon as they found out and they kept in communication until the crew arrived about 2 hours later. Besides that one setback, it was a very easy and smooth deal. I had never had to file an insurrance claim and their staff helped lead me through how it would go.

The price was a little high, but the work CSI Contracting Services did was okay. They had some problems with the drain on the floor, but they did come back and fix the problem. The drain was too high, so I was glad they stood behind their work.
