Everything was excellent. The guy said that he would be here to give us an estimate. He showed up and gave us the estimate. They showed up on the day that they said that they would do the job and they have done a wonderful job.

Great crew! Everything went smooth. I had estimated the materials to cost at least 700 and they gave a price supplies and labor for 824 ... it was a good deal.

I contacted Builders Insulation and Building Products and talked to Matt about adding additional insulation in our attic. Matt communicated well, seemed very knowledgeable about the services I was interested in, and was able and willing to answer all my questions. Once familiar with our specific situation, Matt made some suggestions on how to proceed, provided an estimate for installing for the insulating material and labor, and set a date for the completion of the job.

The day of the installation, I received a call from one of the staff informing me that the job was going to be delayed 2 days due to unforeseeable circumstances. A new date was set. The installation team arrived on time, was very courteous, and began work on the project immediately. The work was completed quickly, neatly, and in a very professional manner. There was a small communication glitch that resulted in the installation team initially neglecting to build protective enclosures around some lighting fixtures; however, this was quickly corrected once it was brought to the attention of both the business staff and the installers.

After my final inspection, I can say that I am totally satisfied with the quality of the materials used and the services performed. I also appreciate the positive attitude and cooperative nature of the gentlemen that completed the job. I would certainly use Builders Insulation and Building Products again in future.a

They were punctual, professional, and efficient. I thought their price was reasonable, and I was very satisfied with their service.

Once the workers arrived, there was no problem. They were done more quickly than I had thought they would be. That day the OGE energy auditor showed up to audit my house and was pretty impressed with their work. Suffice it to say he felt no additional insulation was needed once they were done. I did have some problems getting them out for the initial appointment but the initial appointment was during a holiday week and between the oppressive heat and an equipment failure the delay was somewhat understandable. They rescheduled for a slightly later date and completed their work.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT. JASON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CALLS AFTER INITIAL CONSULTATION. THE FINAL BAG COUNT AT INSTALLATION WAS LESS THAN I HAD GOTTEN FROM JASON AT THE TIME OF THE QUOTE. WHEN I CALLED JASON TO INQUIRE ABOUT IT HE SENT THE GUYS OUT AGAIN AND THEY ADDED THE MISSING BAGS AND 12 BAGS MORE ON TOP OF THAT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE ERROR.
