Contacted company to exchange dumpster on Friday 11/20. No response. I called the number on the side of the container and got the local business. They contacted Budget while giving me their number. I called and was told Tuesday 11/17 would be the earliest exchange, asked to speak with supervisor, none working on weekend, I asked to be called on Monday 11/23. . Local company delivered the dumpster on Sunday 11/22. This would have solved the problem but we had filled the dumpster and made several trips to dump costing over $200. Never heard for supervisor. Was told later that my issues had been resolved and a supervisor did not need to call me. I offered to pay half price for second dumpster. Charged my card full price for both dumpsters and extra because the first dumpster was over weight because they did not service when requested.
