This is the second time I have used Buddy's.  They are polite and get to work on the problems quickly.  The price is fair and they even do things that aren't asked of them, like tighten the toilet lids.  I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

The first contractor couldn't do the job so they sent Buddy's Plumbing to do it instead. What happened was, after they got a lot of it done, they came back and told me the ground was too hard and that he's going to have to get a bigger machine and add one more day work and money to it. It was already torn up so I said okay. What was odd to me was that he had added extra day but he's worked 20 minutes only in it and he was late. When they were, we have this huge hill running all the way through the backyard and I asked them what they would do about it. They said that when it rained, it would go down. Well, I still got the huge thing through the backyard and the neighbors are angry so I'm gonna have to get out there myself and shovel the dirt away so he can reposition his van. So I would never use these people again. The price started out not too bad then it went up because they said they were gonna need a bigger digger to do the job. The sewer is working and we've never had trouble with it yet.

Above does not list all of the repairs made.  This home belonged to my father.  He had let things go.  I had them inspect all the of plumbing.  The carefully explained and showed me all of the problems they found.  Plumber and helper worked for 1 1/2 days to complete all the repairs.  They were obviously very knowledgable and worked steadily.  I'm surprised that the only break they took on a job this size was for lunch.  I have used them several times in the past on my own home and have always been happy with them.  I would definately recommend them.

Fine, no problems seemed expensive but I have not had a plumber in a long time, been renting.

They are just very unprofessional. It took several days to get the job done.

There was water coming up through the floor in the bedroom.  I contacted Buddy's Plumbing and they were able to come out and investigate within a couple of hours.  The leak was located in the bedroom wall.  The section of split pipe was replaced.  I was extremely pleased with the work.  The repairmen were very careful not to displace anything, repaired the leak quickly, and cleaned the area well before leaving.  I will definately use Buddy's again as well as recommend them to my friends.

It went great overall. I hope the company flourishes, they are very personable, and get er` done attitude.

I called on Wednesday morning and Buddy said they could be out that afternoon to repair the leak they'd missed as well as install the bathtub spout. I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. He assured me he would call before they headed our way. No call, no show on Thursday, not even a courtesy call. I assumed they forgot about me so I called Friday morning and asked. He said that they had not forgotten but just got "too busy." He said they could come out Friday afternoon and that he would call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up at 3pm without any warning. Luckily, I was working from home and was here to let them in.Clearly, the responsiveness I experienced on the first repair is not as consistent as I originally imagined. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected.On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly.Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service.

My wife and I tried to do this project ourselves with help from the internet so, of course, we ended up hitting Angie's List for a plumber that had done work in our area. I called Buddy first thing this morning and told him what we needed. He said he could have someone out around 3pm. The plumber and his assistant arrived at 2:45pm, 15 minutes after I got a call from Buddy letting me know they were on the way.Both guys looked like professional plumbers who had been in the business a long time. This was reassuring.They examined the problem and got right to work. This was a bit of a concern because I had not discussed cost with anyone and was not given an estimate for the project. It was completed in about an hour and the plumber took a few minutes to explain what he had done and offered some additional suggestions to help in the future.Total cost with labor and material came in at just about what I expected so there was no "sticker shock" even though no estimate was given. I would definitely recommend these guys but would also recommend they quote a price before starting work in case their next customer is more price sensitive.

When I called Buddy's to fix a leaky pipe in my crawl space, they were at my house within 30 min ready to work. They crawled under my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the work. I'm completely happy with their work.

All in all the service was excellent.  The plumber called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.  He was very polite and professional.  The entire job was completed in just short of an hour.  They did accept the Angie's LIst coupon for 5% off (since I was a new member).

I called Buddy's on Monday and by Tuesday morning the service man was at my house installing the faucet.  He took extra steps to scour the sink area where the old faucet was attached.  I think he even wiped out the cabinet under the sink.  He worked quietly and steadily.  Great Job!

My washing machine was overflowing from the washer pipe. Also need a new thing in the toilet because water did not stol filling in te tank. Service man arrived a little late, but called before coming to the houe. After talking with me about the problems, he went right to work. Snaked out lint from roof vent, and then from washer pipe. Got all the lint out and made sure everything was working before finishing up. Changed out the thing in the toilet before I even saw him do it. Fast! Very nice people. I will call them again for other needs.

They were very punctual, and came the day I called.  They told me what was wrong and what needed to be done along with the price before doing anything.  Very nice and respectful.  Would definitely call them again.

The service was not great. I had to have some of the work re-done by someone else. The prices were also high.

Arrived on time. Reviewed what needed to be done and gave an approximate timeframe to complete work. Work was performed quickly and professionally. Workers were friendly. Price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to call them again for service. Very GOOD experience over all.

They were wonderful.   They came out fast; he stayed until it got done.  It was all around good.
