Brim's Carpet

This is by far the worst customer service you can imagine. We set up an install date for 8-4-2015 and my wife drove to our property to let them in. They "no showed"!!!!! When she called they said they never put it on the calendar. Set up another install date on 8-5-2015 to meet between 8:30 - 9:00; I drove over to open the house and they "no showed" again!!! I called Kyles (owner) cell phone no fewer than 5 times to make sure we were correct. I had to leave our house open and go to work for fear of missing them if they ever showed up. I left Kyle a message to please, please call me because our house was open and I needed to know. I left two urgent messages......... I am still waiting for Kyle to call me. He told my wife their phones were "down" at the office......... I guess the blackout was so bad it extended to his cell coverage. Still hasn't called to apologize or even confirm that we are indeed loyal customers who are valuable to his business. I called today to speak to a manager because they left massive amounts of material at our house and we have tenants moving in............... SURPRISE no call back. If there was a rating worse than "F" I would apply it to Brims carpet in every aspect. There are so many flooring stores in town PLEASE do business with anybody but  Brims. Here's the kicker; we own multiple properties and just added another home................ we are moving our business elsewhere. We like having our "team" of suppliers to work with and value loyalty, honesty, integrity and good work above price. I am so aggravated with this company I would advise you that even if Brims offered you FREE carpet........... buy it somewhere else. They are not honest, truthful, forthright, or loyal.

They do work for several apartment complexes in OKC and surrounding areas!  Always great work and best pricing
