Description of Work: great job, great roof, hard to pin down, and when i called with a small follow up issue i got vague answers, had to call back, more vague time frame, and then not returning call from the OKC contact. Good help is har to find around here, they did a good job initially, just one small issue handled poorly. might use again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out the gutters around the house. I did not know that he had come and so I complained for lack of communication. He got right back with me to tell me the project was completed and if I had any problems to call him. Sorry, I don't remember the date.

He worked with our insurance to make sure we got the correct amount for a whole roof replacement due to tornado/hail damage. The company was great to work with. I can't say enough about the professional treatment. The roof looked perfect, and it only took them one day to complete the services, which is what they had quoted us at. I highly recommend Brian Pierce Roofing to anyone and everyone.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters and checked my roof. They called to arrange a time, since they do not need to come inside the house, I wasn't here when they did the actual work. The person who preformed the work called me the next day and told me the condition of my roof and gutters, and answered all my questions. I was satisfy.

Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired gutters. Added four new downspouts to adequately drain during heavy rainstorms. Our gutters no longer overflow. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: This cost was for cleaning out gutters and adding a new downspout. We have a lot of gutter footage and most goes into underground so to get dirt and shingle debris out they had to disconnect in places to flush. It was a mess but they handled it great. Now we know not to wait so long between cleanings even though trees/leaves are not an issue. The blowing OK wind and common hail storms create enough of a mess.

Description of Work: They came to look at our roof but said it was fine just needed some caulking in a few places. They fixed the areas free of charge! We were surprised by their willingness to work even a small amount of time and not charge us. We strongly recommend them due to their honesty, willingness to help and work, and their professionalism. We did have 2 other companies look at our roof too, but they advised the same about our roof but wanted payment to fix anything! Thanks Brain Pierce Roofing for taking good neighborly care of us!
