Nick gave us a reasonable price for replacing the roof and gutters and painting the ceiling which was covered by insurance. His estimate was the lowest one we obtained. The roofing was completed in a timely manner and looks great! Nick also hired and managed the painters inside and outside which were not covered by insurance. They worked hard and fast. Good job!

Called Brian Pierce and owner, Nick, came to house within a couple of days. Nick conducted a thorough review of the site, made recommendations, fully explained quality of all materials, then emailed an estimate within two days. We accepted the estimate and the workers appeared the following week. The roofing was done in two days. A week later the guttering crew appeared and completed their work in just under a day and Nick combed the a/c.
The workers were professional and well supervised. Nick made a thorough inspection and ensured we were satisfied. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, detailed explanations, desire to please. I would recommend him without reservation.

.Nick the repairman called me on Friday 7/17 and set appointment for Monday 7/20 morning. Nick arrived as scheduled. He climbed up on my roof and checked the chimney cap and flashings visually and using the garden hose. The verdict was flashing were good . Chimney cap that had been put on by a masonry company is off center and very open. This problem needs to be corrected by a masonry. Nick was extremely helpful and when we need roofing done we will call him again!

What a great experience we had with this company, especially Nick Aber. I called and got an estimate from Nick in February for having our gutters cleaned. With the leaves still falling from the trees, we decided to wait until mid spring to have the actual work done. On the day the work was scheduled, Nick and John arrived on time and spent over 3 hours cleaning and inspecting the gutters. They cleaned up all the debris that was pulled from the gutters and took great care when working in and around the landscaping. Nick pointed out areas where the downspouts were not draining away from the house enough and might leave us with drainage issues in the future. Most were very simple fixes and he gave us some ideas on what we could do to fix them ourselves. Everyone we spoke to connected with Brian Pierce Roofing and Gutters, including Danielle who booked the appointments, were extremely personable and responsive. We will definitely use this company again.

The guy came out and was professional and courteous. He soon sent me an appraisal and when I responded he disappeared. I emailed and called several times to try and schedule the work, but he never called or wrote back. Lame.

Excellent experience. Nick was very responsive, friendly, and punctual. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and was honest. He didn't try to sell me new gutters, although mine are probably 30 years old. He explained what he did, told me what to expect in the future, etc. Will definitely call him to replace my gutters in the next 12 months or so.

today Nick did an excellent gutter cleaning job and installed the covers, even installing covers on small difficult gutters over the patio after cleaning them out. My spouse and I are very pleased with the work done..
