He replaced the head but said he had trouble starting the printer. After a few weeks, he said I could just come pick the printer up. When I picked it up and took it home to turn it on it worked just fine.

I took my home office color laser printer to Brewer services back in June of 2014 for service as it was not printing any pages properly. I spoke with their customer service representative when I dropped it off (even had to return with toner cartidges and power cord) and was told that there was a diagnostic fee. I agreed and paid it. The service technician made contact with me and offered a few clues and asked several questions so as to narrow down the problem. He came up with an idea to replace a part and was told that he would need payment up front. I told him that I would talk to my spouse and we would decide and return his call in a few days. We were also in the beginning stages of relocating to a new city in northern OK and failed to remember to call him back. I have since called well over 10 times on various days to let him know to order the part but nobody ever answered the phone so I left a message every time to call back and never received a return call. Just last week I called yet again and when someone answered I got excited. I explained who I was and described the printer I left with them. I instructed him to order the replacement part and was told that I needed to provide a CC number to pay for it. I agreed and then was told to email him my contact information so that he could call me back. I did and still not a single return call.

I chose this company as not only were my options limited for laser printer repair but because of reviews read here, but I guess I made an error in judgment. Perhaps they are busy with commercial customers but I would think that a customer is a customer no matter and they should be treated as such.

I found Tommy Brewer online and placed a call. I spoke to Tommy he answered his own phone, to my surprise he would come to downtown Oklahoma City the very next day to look at a printer we needed repaired at a client site. He was more than willing to go where ever we needed him to go to help us with this printer. He came down next day looked at the print had already figured out and ordered the parts needed just by talking to me on the phone. He repaired the printer within an hour and my team was up and running with only an hour of downtime. I then had some printers in the office for him to look at so called him back on the 27th and he was here on the 28th with repair parts in his bag only one printer needed additional parts he needed to order and he will be back on Monday March 3, to finish the repair.
