They were absolutely horrible. When the mattress arrived it had a chemical smell. It was so bad I couldn't sleep on it. I was going out of town for three days so I left the windows open and the smell pretty well dissipated. When I started sleeping on it I immediately noticed that the center of the bed sunk in. I put a box on it and a yard stick on top of the box and took a picture of it to show him that even something very light sloped toward the middle. He would not look at the pictures and was extremely rude to me. It has been two years and he refused to do anything. I took him to small claims court, which got his attention. At that point he agreed to give me my money back.
