They did an excellent job. They kept my car for 3-4 days.

I have used this three times in the last two years. Again, I was hit. So I had planned to have them do my work again. I had been very pleased with their work in the past. I called in December and had an appointment scheduled. When I called the day before, my appointment magically disappeared. The excuse then was that the company had been bought out by another company. They also had a week of training and of course there was an ice storm. So we rescheduled for the Jan 20th. I called again this week to confirm. I was assured I would be called back and have not heard anything from them. Take my advice and don't even try to do business with these folks.

This one is a hard one to rate. While my car was in their shop a tow truck backed into a fence and knocked it over on my car causing massive damage and then my car incurred more damage from a hail storm while still at their shop. What was a minor repair job that was supposed to only take two weeks ended up taking 3 months. They waited way to long to start repairs on the last two issues due to them attempting to sort out insurance issues. I did not feel those issues were our problem and they should have started on the work immediately. The people we worked with were very friendly but it was just very frustrating being without your vehicle for that long. We kept having to call and email them ...when is it going to be ready and never got a straight answer. The major problem was this vehicle was our vehicle we used to pull our boat. I felt they went above my expectations in trying to help us rent a vehicle that would solve this problem.
However, the major down side is that even after we got it back we had to take it in again because they had not correctly reset our locks (so the doors kept locking when they shouldn't) and the rear view mirror was glued back on in the wrong place.
Now the drivers side door is not closing correctly so we are going to have to take it back again.
They definitely attempted to make a wrong a right but I would still not take my car back to their shop.

The estimate for body work was significantly higher than a competitor. The customer service rep was clearly irritated that I was towing to save what amounted to $600. Our conversation ended tersely. Very unprofessional. Also, my car sustained hail damage while in their lot in Bricktown. I'd have preferred they moved it into their garage.

I would say that Bodyworks was very exceptionally professional. He was very accommodating in helping me. That s the second time I have used him and the first time that I had to wait.

I wanted Bodyworks to be meticulous with matching up the paint with the bumper and they were. It took a little longer for them to do the work but I was glad that they gave me a car to use while it was being repaired. I would say they did an excellent job.

I liked that Bodyworks were prompt in their service to me. The only thing I did not like was that they left the inside dirty after sandblasting the door. I had to clean up the leftover mess myself.

I have a problem with Bodyworks that makes me want to drive in there every day and tell them what they did wrong. I got charged for 2 parts in the repairs that are not even on my truck. They said they replaced the grill and the bumper, but never did.
