Bob Biggers Pool Plastering

Mr. Biggers got the job done in a timely manner and in time for us to open the pool for the season.  The surface of our pool was so rough it was scraping skin of little toes.  After re-plastering the pool surface is smooth.  No more hurting little toes.

Mr. Biggers was on time, did a good job and warranteed his work.

He was one of the most reasonable I have ever found. I highly recommend him. He follows through. He gives you choice of color. His quality of work is exceptional. He can be busy at times though so sometimes you may have to be patient with his schedule. But he is worth waiting for. We will use him in the future.

Came in on estimate. Finished on time. Pleasant, efficient and we're pleased with the work. Called us later to see if we were pleased and if the work was as promised. How often does that happen?

They were very responsive in getting out to do the bid. Once we decided we were going to go with them they promptly showed up and got the work done. We were happy with the job.

Bob went out and looked at my pool and gave us a quote on the spot. He verbalized a ball park number for me on the phone, and then when he visited the site, the quote went up a little. Bob worked with me and let me do some of the clean up, and he reduced his quote proportionately. Bob showed up on the day he said he would and got started. He finished up on the next business day. His work appears to be satisfactory.

Bob's estimate of $4200 was much less than the two other estimates I received ($9000 and $6000), so I was a little apprehensive. However, I saw that he was a registered plasterer with 3M and he plasters pools for a local pool company so I figured it was worth the risk. Bob's guys showed up one day to prepare the surface, and plastered the pool the next day. The pool looks great, and while I have a few very minor complaints, I feel the $2000 to $5000 savings was well worth it. I would use Bob again if I need this service in the future.
