BND Mechanical came out and inspected the job. They gave me a price and stuck to it. The work discussed was the work done. The deal was done with a handshake as I trusted Ben from the start. They cleaned everything up and filled out all the warranty and rebate paperwork for me also.

Benny is a heck of a guy and craftsman. He does excellent work and is very reliable. I have used him for years and I would give him my highest recommendation. He is one of the few contractors that does what he says he will do. I will continue to use his services.

Super fast response and reasonable prices. We used BND Mechanical to pull our A/C coil so Enviroduct could get to the plenum to seal and repair it. BND took the coil out and returned when Enviroduct was finished to put the coil back in. The technician added freon at no charge since it was a bit low. He was also going to clean and service both of our systems but he said one of them was in such good shape, it didn't need it. He also discovered a code violation in one of the units (they had used flex line inside the furnace when it was supposed to be rigid pipe) and fixed that for only $25 more. I was very impressed with how quickly they got here and returned to coordinate their work with the work I was having done on the ducts. I would definitely recommend them if you want honest, quality work at a fair price!

Ben came out same day I called (a few months ago) and tested everything. Turns out my unit just needed cleaned and some TLC on the condenser. Ben refused to charge me since I only needed education on maintenance. Trustworthy and passionate about what he does!

This was a challenging job with the system in a very tiny attic. Replace gas heater and a/c with 3-ton unit with much higher SEER.

I called Benny as soon as I heard from my tenant (6:30 PM) on a very cold, snowy day. Benny promised to be at the residence as soon as roads were passable the next morning. He found and repaired the problem by 9:00AM, leaving me and my tenant happy.

We wanted the top of the line, with the latest technology, and BND came through like a champ. Now my thermostat talks to the Internet, which is tough to do with a dual fuel system. We had received quotes from the big name HVAC providers but they wanted double the price for the equipment and they determined their charges in labor by consulting their *book* not by how many hours they spend or the complexity of the job.
BND was a refreshing change back to doing business with a real small businessman who knows his trade rather than a slick salesman. Thanks, Benny!

Benny arrived with his helper and they installed evaporator coil with no problems or issues at a fair price.

A/C unit wasn't blowing cold air on Monday evening (Holiday), called Benny at BND and he said that he would be over to my home the first thing next morning. Benny and his brother showed up, diagnosed my system as having a leak in the evaporator coil and replenished my system so that I would have cold air temporarily until I could get a new coil installed. Benny was very professional and explained a number of options that were available to me.
