BLOOM APPLIANCE SERVICE

That same evening when my wife and I returned from a dinner out, we walked into a house that smelled like there had been a fire, and when I opened my refrigerator doors, the unit was black inside and the fan motor was melted. WE are lucky that they didn't burn our house down. When Bloom (the owner and his "technician" son) came out to look at it, they knew that they had a problem on their hands. The son said that it was their fault and that they would cover it, although the owner, his father said that they would not, that we should claim it on our homeowners policy. What a bunch of crap, I called them to fix my appliance, not burn it to the ground. So they cost me the price of a new refrigerator. They are a slipshod business run out of a small house in the village, they don't even have an office. They are not a reputable company to do business with and I intend to take them to small claims court to seek restitution for the damages. I attached four photos for view, scary to think I hired them to FIX my appliance. Don't trust them.

Bob did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He showed us how to keep the problem from occurring again.

He came out in a timely fashion. He had to go back for another part, but he came right back to work on it. He didn't take long to finish the job. He did great work! Had a reasonable price.

Bloom did good work on the repairs, however, I would not hire them again. I could not get hold of them at all after the work was done. I had questions, and I couldn't get them answered. I was not impressed at all, and would not recommend them to anyone.
