The process was great from the initial estimate to the finished job.  The original estimate was $3,700.00 but they were able to find some cost savings once the job was started.  I was so impressed because they didn't have to tell us because we would never have known the difference.  Very honest people and great to do business with.  We will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Another plumber on Angie's List was a and quot;no showand quot;, to our scheduled appointment. I called BL3 and they quickly responded within an hour of calling them. I would have been happy with being put on their next day list, but Amy made sure I was taken care of same day. Really, I couldn't believe how fast they were in responding to me and everything they did was professional, clean, fast, and provided excellent workmanship. Thank you so much!!!!! We moved back into this home 3 weeks ago and have experienced a large amount of set backs. It was so nice to be treated so well. Again, thank you.....I will use BL3 again. I've used this plumber three times, the latest in January 2013 to clear an especially tough clog in the main sewer line. It was a Sunday and the technician arrived quickly and got the job done. One year earlier, during a cold snap, he took care of another clog. I also used him in December 2011 to replace an old leaky water heater in the garage. Within 24 hours of calling he had a man out who took care of the problem. I'll have no problems at all using this plumbing service again in the future.

This hot water heater only feeds the master bath, and it is tucked away in a very tight closet. The technician was right on time, bright and early. This turned into quite the job because of the tight space and because there was no overflow drain in place. He had to bust through the brick veneer and install a drain pipe. Everything looks great and he left the space clean.

BL3 Inc has been fantastic. They were on time. I got no complaints, they did a great job.

BL3 are very honest. They didn't charge me extra for coming out at the weekend. It was just a mis-threaded bolt and he fixed it and didn't even charge me for it!

I have had to use this company on two separate ocassions. One time to fix a backed-up drain. They came out on a Saturday with no extra charge. The next time my water softener was leaking and they were again great. They are very nice, reliable and extremely reasonable. This is a HONEST company.
