Very good! I had done a lot of research and was really glad about the hand nailed process and the synthetic felt. Talked to Jason about the guttering. After this I believe he is very honest and I was really impressed by his dealings. He took the time to explain questions I had. Also, I had brought up that I had changed my mind about they type of vents and wanted to switch. He had one of his crew come out after we had done final inspection and switched those. His guys left everything in good order. I was worried about roofing nails but I never found one. I highly recommend Big Sky and Jason.

Job was completed, and I didn't even know it. The way it's supposed to go!

They came when they said they would, did a very professional job. This is our 4th roof in ten years each time with a different roofer. They have been the best we have ever used and we will use them again. When you call the office they remember who you are and if you need something it always gets taken care of right away. Great company to work with!!!!

Their price was well below other quotes i received from other providers. The roof looks good and i haven't found any loose nails, The work was done in one day and that is even with hand nailing. There was some tornado damage to the sofit & facia that was repaired before the roof work. After the roof was complete there was some more damage to the facia that was either more storm damage or possibly from roofer weight on an old roof. Without arguing how it happened, Big Sky repaired it free of charge. The whole project was a great, hassle free experience.

They showed up and gave us an estimate, quickly brought out samples, replaced the roof in about 1.5 days. Very happy with service.

We first engaged Big Sky Roofing when we purchased a coupon for them to inspect our roof and repair minor fixes. That worked out well. Then we had a hail storm last summer. I asked a roofer who was working on a nearby roof to check my roof and he said the whole thing had to be replaced; the insurance company disagreed. My insurance company indicated that the front of my roof was damaged, but not the back. I asked them, how do you replace half a roof? Not their problem! I called Big Sky because I was pleased with them before. Jason came out and gave me an estimate for the whole roof, but the insurance company would not pay any more (due to the half roof problem) plus they had a deductible. Needless to say, there was a difference between what the roof would cost and what insurance would pay. I put the roof repair on hold while I figured out a solution (and saved up some money). Many months later I called Jason back and told him my dilemma. He re-inspected the roof to see if there was any new damage from recent hail storms. Jason said he'd work with me and he did. Big Sky replaced our roof in September 2013. The price was affordable and they did an excellent job. They arrived on the agreed upon date, and finished removing the old shingles and felt and replacing them all and the vents and flashing all in one day. Big Sky also arranged for Perez Gutters to come out and repair my gutters - Frankie and his son were easy to work with. Jason came back to inspect and sent his crew to add some molding where putting composite shingles in place of old wood shakes had left some gaps - he took care of an issue that developed when the wood shakes were originally replaced a roof or two ago . All of Big Sky's people were friendly, professional, used good quality materials, and left our yard in the same condition that it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company!

First, my A rating is only for the work done as part of an Angie's List deal. For this everything went at planned - the repairman was on time, solved the problems with the vents and gave me a report on his inspection. To this point the rating is an A. During our discussion we decided to replace one of the vents so we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday morning. However, no one showed up for the appointment or called to explain why they failed to keep it. To the date of this review, 9 working days after the appointment, no one has called. This failure is disappointing since this company has such high reviews. However based on my experience I will not use them should I need work on my roof. So my rating is this part of the job is an F.

I called to follow up and inquire when the proposal would be ready. Said they were waiting on prices from vendor. Called again a week later and was told they would be sending proposal to me soon. I never received a proposal or explanation for delay.

I purchased coupon for $149 in April for a spring repair and roof inspection for Big Sky. I called about the offer to schedule an inspection. They came out the next day and did an inspection. I needed a roof vent because the heat in the summer was popping the nail heads out of the roof causing the shingles to look like they did. Then storms and rain happened. I did not hear from them and called back, early last month figuring that the chaos has died down. The coupon was good to October so I cut them some slack. Big Sky came out again, re-inspected. No change in the condition of my roof. A date was scheduled and they rescheduled the date because they could not come out. It was not a big deal as I did not have to be home for them to add the vent, repair shingles, install roof vent, and paint the exhaust vents. The vent worked as the house is cooler now the heat can escape as well as the shingles laying down. They also sealed around the flashing that corrected water leakage around the pipe for my water heater. Overall I was very satisfied with the quality of their work.

I am waiting to hear when/if they have started the work,. Big Sky rep orally agreed that they could do the work in August. I am not sure but they apparently did finish the shingles repair then and I received an invoice dated 8./29/13. however I did not pay because they had not repaired the wood trim which was part of the job as stated on their written estimate. they called me to collect and I let them know the work was incomplete. Some time passed and I did receive a picture of the repaired wood trim on 9/22/13 and I have paid their invoice. as far as I can tell (I live out of state and unable to inspect the work) they did a good job; and gave a 1 year warranty on workmanship and a $100 discount for Angies coupon. I appreciate that they did not try to rip me off with an estimate for a whole new roof as another company did. they could improve by being certain the work is completed before mailing an invoice. sorry I cannot be more specific but I could not do an on-site inspection and did not have anyone I could trust to do it. and I am not interested in writing anything here that is not true.

Big Sky replaced our roof after storm damage in August 2013. Their price was very fair and their work was far more than satisfactory - they did an excellent job. They arrived on the agreed upon date and finished quickly in about two and a half days. They were friendly, professional, used good quality materials, and left our yard in the same condition that it was when they arrived. They sent an employee back to our house after the job was finished to follow up and make certain the job was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to others.

My experience with Big Sky was great from beginning to end. They called back promptly after I contacted them, gave me a thorough estimate and Jason worked patiently (and persistently!) through a few snafus with the insurance folks. When we finally got all of that worked out, Big SKy gave me a good roof at a good price. The installation went smoothly and quickly - and those guys worked hard! I chose Big Sky because of all the A ratings on Angie's List and I was not disappointed. I'm really pleased with the results and am keeping my fingers crossed for a less crazy hail/tornado season next year. But this being Oklahoma, how long can you really go between roofs? They are my first call the next time I need help.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. The young men who did the work itself left the area clean and they seemed to do a good job.

They were great. I called to see if they would check my roof for hail damage and look at my chimney. I didn't want to call my insurance company if there wasn't going to be a claim. They came out that morning! They took pictures and did a quick fix on the flashing around the chimney. Gustavo was timely and professional. They replaced my roof quickly and it looks great! These folks were great!

Provided minor roof repair without insisting we needed a new roof. Pointed out minor hail damage but did not feel we needed a new roof at this time. On time and price as quoted!

They were pretty good in all the general areas. Their communication was good.

. After calling two other companies ( not on Angie's List!) I called Big Sky and explained my problem. She scheduled the appointment for the very next day. Jeff showed up on time, asked several questions about the problem then climbed up on the roof. It didn't take him long to locate the problem and fix it. When he came down he told us what he found and how he fixed it. Jeff also said there was no charge and to call if there were any further problems. We will definitely call this company again

They were punctually and arrived on time, but i was unsatisfied with the results. He didn't stop the leak at all he just cocked around the leaking vent pipe that he explained was causing the leak, but the leak was never stopped. I tried calling them back to come out and fix the problem however they never returned any of my calls.

We have used them twice already. They were wonderful. They did the work in record time. We have them on our contact list.They gave us great estimates, and worked fairly quickly.

I was scheduled a 9am appointment for someone to come and provide and estimate. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called and told them to cancel since no one has shown up or called to say they were running late.

Jason of Big Sky Roofing was great to work with. Professional and reliable he answered all our questions and was patient as we took some time to decide on what shingle to use and then took more time to choose the right color. The Big Sky team was on time and finished in one day. They removed 1 layer of shingles, put down new felt, removed and replaced metal drip edge, replaced turbins, put water and ice shield in the valleys and hand nailed the shingles. They did a great job of protecting our gardens around the house and cleaning up afterwards. Big Sky would be our first choice if we ever have to have work done again.

These are great folks - they inspected the roof and gave me an estimate on the repairs for tiles that had come off due to wind damage. They were punctual and as always - they do quality work.

It was fine. I never met anybody and they came out and did the work while I was at work and they were fine.
