BEST WESTERN

We checked in to this hotel for a weekend getaway with our kids. Everything was great Friday night when we checked in. Saturday was horrible. It started with they have 2 washer and dryers for the whole hotel. They were full all morning and when we finally got a free washer my husband didn't have change for them. He walked all the way to the customer service desk to get change came back up to the laundry room and we washed a small load of clothes. We went back to the room and ordered some extra towels, they said they would bring some right up. We go to back up to the 3rd floor to the washer. We changed the clothes over to the dryer and the dryer ate the change. My husband goes back down to the customer service desk to get more change from his own money (not asking for a refund) to try the other dryer out. The lady at the service desk tells him no she isn't giving him any more change she will call the maintenance man to come unlock the dryer and give him back the change he just used. My husband goes back up to the laundry room to wait for the guy to show up... 45 minutes later there is still no one. He comes back down to our room and calls the front desk to find out what is going on. They said oh our maintenance man leaves at 3!!! This was around 530. She then tells us that they called him at home and he is on his way and to just wait it out. My husband waits another 30 minutes before calling the manager. The manager only offered to make change for us. Keep in mind all this time we still have not received towels. My husband explains to the manager that we have already missed our dinner reservations and our movie has already started. He acted like we were being the inconvenience to them. After putting the load into the other dryer and waiting 45 minutes for them to dry they came out wet! Hubby called down to the desk yet again and told him about it and all he could say was sorry. We never received our towels, brought our clothes home wet and missed our entire night. At checkout the girl was rude and had a major attitude!! The worst service I have ever received.
