My daughter put her car in the ditch which created an alignment issue. I took it to a shop close to my home and they wanted to change me over $400 for repairs. Based on the reviews here I made an appointment with Beneficial. They were absolutely fantastic and were able to get the job done with no major repairs and for less than $100. They also provided practical advice on future maintenance and dispelled a few myths that other automotive repair services try to sell. They could not have been more professional and helpful.

Made contact with them on a Saturday through email to advise them I would like to drop off the vehicle on Monday morning. I received an email back indicating they would be waiting for me. I dropped off the truck Monday morning a few minutes before they even officially opened. I was treated very well. I described the issue and was promised that they would call me back when they determined what the issue was. I was called and advised of the issue, the associated costs and few other items they found wrong. One of the additional items was something I had forgotten about and the other was a very dangerous situation that needed repaired. I gave them permission to proceed. A few hours later I was called again and advised that they also found another issue upon tear down, which did not surprise me since the vehicle has over 126,000 miles on it and no work has ever been down on the front end. I was again advised of the cost and I told them to complete the additional repairs. Late in the afternoon I was called and told that the truck was ready and the total cost for repairs. No surprises with the total as I had been kept informed during the entire process. I feel that I was treated very well, the work was professionally done at a fair price and in a reasonable amount of time. The shop and office area is very clean and tidy, another mark of a business that values their customers and take pride in their work.

Once the shop had my car I was given a phone call on the same day with a thorough explanation of the issue, what needed to be done and an estimated cost for the repairs. I was also told the work would be done the next day, only because the shop could not get the part needed until the next day. The work was completed on time and the final cost was no higher than originally quoted. The staff was friendly and professional as they always have been.

Our family cars are getting older, and work is needed. I have taken them my Dodge Magnum, Dodge Dakota, and Chrysler Sebring, and they have done quality work on all of them over the years. Most recently having had to replace the water pump, thermostat, belt, hoses, and pulleys on my Dakota. Every time they've worked on one of our vehicles, they had it ready on time and there were no surprises is the cost.

They were very guick and the price was fair. The results were excellent.

Called a few weeks before service was performed to get a quote. Was told it would cost $475.00. We took the car to them about 7:30 in the morning and was told it would take 1 day to repair. We were called about 2:30 in the afternoon saying the car was ready. Picked the car up and the actual bill was almost exactly what we were quoted. We are very satisfied with the work performed. Only drawback is their hours of operation. They close at 5:30 and are not open on Saturday. Will have to leave work early to pick the car up before they close. Other than that would highly recommend them. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and so far have been very honest.

They are very honest. They are very upfront about any costs that I could incur. The only part that I don't like about them is that they don't have services if I need them on a Saturday. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
