The sales receipt stated she can pick the mattress up the next day and their website states they're also open 7 days a week. She borrowed a truck on the 5th of March and went down to the store to find them closed with a note on the door, stating they would be open another day. When she purchased the mattress she was assured that they would be there that day to pick it up. If she didn't need it that day, she wouldn't of needed it at all. The Saturday she purchased it, she paid in full $430, so they had her money. The next day she called the store, and found out the owners name, Michael, and he told her over the phone that there is a no return policy, so she couldn't get her money back. We never had possession of the mattress, so there was nothing to return. They had possession of the mattress the entire time plus her money. They are pretty much stating we are out of luck. They were very rude to us as well. Nowhere on the receipt did they state anything about a return policy and they did not make us aware that they would not be there on Sunday. As far as I am concerned Bedman is a con artist and a thief.
