The first couple of days went fine, then Chris was involved in another project at the same time and trying to get a hold of him was very frustrating. Had to call him several times to get supplies for the guys that were working on the house remodel. Several times the guys had to wait a couple of hours for him to bring the supplies (wasted time). Very poor business management. It took three weeks longer to complete the renovations then what was originally estimated and some of the work is still not complete. We had a leak in the bathroom sink and called Chris to come back to fix it, needless to say it's still not fixed. We've been trying to get a hold of him via phone and text and he hasn't replied. Very unreliable.

Chris did AWESOME work while I was there. The complete master bathroom remodel was absolutely amazing!!! ...and his prices were great. He was very thorough with his work which was very impressive! He had to dig into the foundation to re-route the shower drain and when it didn't set like he wanted it to, he re-did the entire thing. Very friendly, professional, and thorough!!! He would even meet me at Lowe's to pick out the supplies so I could use my military discount and put the supplies on my Lowe's card. AMAZING!!! BUT THEN... We moved to Alaska and they finished up painting, carpet, replacing outlets, installing all new external doors, and more. He called to let me know the work was complete and since he had done such wonderful work in the past, I didn't have anyone follow up on the work. WELL... When our tenants got the keys we were in for a surprise!!! There was trash left all over the house & garage, the trim was not replaced around the back door, some of the closet & internal doors were not put back on the hinges, there were a ton of places that needed touch-up paint, and more! You can imagine how frustrated I was!!! After texting and calling multiple time, Chris finally called back and apologized because his workers had told him it was complete and he never followed up before requesting payment because he had been caught up in getting ready for the OKC Home & Garden Show. That was understandable and he personally went to correct the problems himself.I also had estimates from him to remodel the hall bath and the kitchen, but we needed to wait until we got reimbursed for the move. I couldn't wait for him to get started on the work and see the finished results! At that time he said he was booking out about 3 weeks because of picking up so much work at the H&G Show.BUT THEN... I texted and called numerous times over the next 3 weeks and have never heard back since! That was almost 2 months ago now. Now I have to go through the pain of finding another contractor (UGH!) and the things promised to my tenants have not been completed! WHAT A PAIN!!! AND... I referred him to 2 of my friends who I have talked to and had the same issues of not returning calls and leaving work unfinished! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up information from Bedlam Construction during the Oklahoma Home and Garden show. I called, made an appointment, they missed. Called for another appointment due to last appointment was an out of town emergency for Chris. I called the day before the appointment to make sure he was coming this time and there was an issue with the time and had to push the time back to a later time during the day. Not a problem, but you would think the company should've called before-hand. Chris met the appointment time for an estimate. He presented himself as a knowledgeable professional. That was it! Not a call back; nothing not even a response to a voice mail left for them to return my call about the estimate visit. I can't report about the work as there wasn't any work performed.
