They are amazing people and so nice. I will be using them again if I ever have to. They've been in Oklahoma City a long time so they're very grounded here. The price was very reasonable.

I always get consistent , complete, and fast service from Beck's. There's no waiting for days for your car to be worked on. This latest time, my car pretty much left me stranded. Turns out there were multiple issues contributing to the problem. After getting my car towed to the shop, at the very end of the day, they quickly got to work the next morning diagnosing the issues. These folks know great service, and they consistently deliver it. I have complete trust in their work.

The personnel at Becks are polite, friendly and helpful. With the Tacoma, they successfully diagnosed the engine light problem (a worn-out oxygen sensor in the exhaust system and fixed the rattle (a loose oxygen sensor in the exhaust system). The job was done in one day and cost about $200. The Subaru job was pricey but I have no reason to believe it was unreasonable. For both jobs, the folks at Becks called after inspecting the vehicles and presented me with options and price estimates for the repairs. After getting my okay on a plan they did the job. In both cases, the actual bill was in line with their estimate. The Subaru work took two days due to difficulty in getting a part - the only hitch in the job. Beck's apologized that they couldn't finish in one day and asked if they could help with a ride (I didn't need one).
