I took my 83 year old mother there for a haircut. She is legally blind and the stylist took advantage of that. She gave her a awful haircut and did it under 15 minutes. I guess she thought my mother wouldn't notice how bad the haircut was. Did not listen to her or even ask her what she wanted. The first thing the cashier said was "do you want to tip your stylist?" Not in this lifetime. Buy your shampoo there but do not have any services there as there are not professionals working there.

I recently had a brow wax that thinned my brows too much. In addition to a standard wax, this appointment was meant to leave some of my half-grown brows intact so they could eventually reach their original glory. The stylist who worked with me was extremely polite and personable. My only issue--She didn't touch certain areas of my eyebrows that could have been waxed without loosing my new re-growth. I ended up getting my brows re-waxed a week later at a different salon to remedy the excessive fuzz (specifically above the brow line).

I initially went in to survey the services.  I have had experience with Beauty Brands and am more than excited that they are in Oklahoma since I first used them in Phoenix.  When I returned to California, no Beauty Brands, and I went through about 5 years worth of marginally acceptable hair cuts/color.  Beauty Brands offers through their corporate structure different experience level and you can pick who/what you want.I am lucky to have found them and have used their services three times now since I got here four weeks ago.They are open all week and I find it a relief to have a Beauty Brands here.

It is one of the best salons I have ever been to. Michael Hamilton is my beautician. He is a great stylist. I have very short hair, and it is worn partially spiked. At the salon they are always very nice. They are very good and very courteous. They give me a reminder call the day before. It is very relaxed out there. They explain what they are doing and what products they are using. The front of the building is all the products that they use. We can go in and we can buy the exact thing whatever they have done in the front - makeup, bath products and everything. In the back they have the hair salon and a day spa that has facials, massage, pedicures and manicures. Their price is excellent. I would continue to use them in the future.
