BACK TO BASICS HOME REPAIR

It was absolutely horrible. He did not show up on time. He only worked for one hour the first day before he quit because he said he didn't feel well. He hired an extra person to hold up the ceiling because he didn't want to rent the piece of equipment that holds the sheetrock up. He got part of the job done and then just left it. He charged me more than he was supposed to. He said mudding was not part of the job, but I definitely think it was. He made rude remarks about my roommate and my self. He almost let our cats out and we don't let them out. He spent most of his time on the front porch smoking and taking breaks. It took four days when it should have only take one. It was a horrendous experience.

Mr. Richartz showed up late; on the first day, he spent three hours spreading drop cloths and putting up one panel of drywall. The job took three days and was poorly done. The taping and bedding was charged extra after he finished and left the ceiling undone. He was surly, unprofessional and overcharged me for the work he did. He left the ceiling spotted with mud instead of covering the whole ceiling. I have since lodged a complaint with the BBB.
