+ 0 moreVery Satisfied with the service and work preformed. Ordered the glass on Monday and the job was complete on Tuesday (the next day). Installer was prompt with a call prior to arrival and replaced the windshield quickly with an excellent job. The installed windshield was identical to the factory one including the mask outline and the tinting.

+ -1 moreI made an appointment with them to have my glass fixed at 9:00am.. They didn't order the glass for my car, so I had to wait there until after 2:00pm. 5 hours! After the work was finished, my door was not put back together correctly and they didn't vacuum out the broken glass out of my door. The guy was very unprofessional when confronted about the issues, while putting the door back together, he scratched the leather on my door and messed up my door handle. He was literally man handling my car. I now have more damage done to my car then before I took it to get fixed. I DO NOT recommend this place. The price is great, however the service is very lacking.

Description of Work: There was some confusion about the price when the car was dropped off. The phone quote was honored after I talked to the front desk about it. Great job, great price but some confusion on the price. The front desk help is excellent.

+ 0 moreThey were quick to locate a new one. Made an appointment within a few days and it was done that day. Very satisfied with their work. Staff is very nice. They did as well as the highly advertised companies and the price was half.

+ 0 moreWe had the passanger door window broken out in a break in Saturday night. We called around Monday and were given est. from several other glass companys of 420.00 to 250.00 with a one week wait to get the glass in. When we called Glass Masters they had the glass in stock, the lowest price for the same glass and could put it in the next day. When we got there they went right to work, no waiting. They were great to work with, friendly and professional. They did a great job and we would recommend them and will use them should we need glass replaced again.
