We set up the inspection on 12/06/2012 @ 10:00am.
He met my real estate agent and the seller's agent at the house promptly at 10. Per Dale's suggestion I arrived to the house about 2 hours after the inspection started. He walked me through the issues he found with the property and explained what needed to be done to correct them.
After he completed the final inspection he sent a typed report complete with pictures and comments to me the next day. The report was 31 pages long!!!! I feel like I am very informed as a buyer to what is one of the single biggest investments a person can make.
This is the second home I have purchased and by far this is the most professional and informative home inspection I have ever had.
