We orginally had our system wired by LV Systems when we built our house 7 years ago, and were very happy with their service.  However, ASG bought out LV Systems.  The customer service by ASG is TERRIBLE!  That said, I had them come and upgrade our house to wireless.  TNT Security actually did the work, because they have also been bought by ASG.  The TNT rep was exceptional.  He was here on time, was very professional, explained everything to me, and even told me I didn't need several components I had paid for with the TNT salesman, saving me lots of money.  So ASG? I still do not like them, and they monitor our system.  The customer support is rude, and unhelpful.  It's hard to give a review and separate TNT from ASG; TNT being wonderful, and ASG being horrible.  I'm stuck wit ASG as my security monitor.  I am giving them one more year to better themselves.  Hopefully they will pay attention to Angie's List reviews.

Jaime came to our home, on time, and was thorough in her explanations of what choices we had and what we could expect from the choice we made. This system is monitored in Oklahoma City, not out-of-state, and their response time has been excellent.
