Aquatic Dreams Custom Pools

After the freeze we had in Ok, some of the pipes and filter were badly damaged and needed to be repaired. I contacted Aquatic Dreams spoke to Dale and discussed the situation with him. He came out for an estimate and we settled on the price and duties. We scheduled time for 3/28/2014 and he and his associate came by and started and completed the work in about 3-4 hours. Everything was done professionally and on time. I would recommend Dale and his company for any pool work needed.

He promptly came out and opened the pool. However , he found that the motor was not working. He got the motor and installed it. He original said the cost of the motor was about half the cost he actually ended up charging me. He charged me about $400+for the motor and labor.
He did not seem experienced enough because he could not figure out the valve system on the equipment. Also he did not recommend cleaning the filter system, which I later found to be needed.

He was very responsive. Able to perform service earlier than estimated.

wonderful service, ! I have been a loyal customer for 3 years of "Dale " with Aquatic Dreams . Being a new pool owner to a troubled pool that was built by previous owners,I had little experience &a lot of questions. They open & close my pool every year, have pretty much rebuilt it! Everything to showing me how to maintain,trouble shoot, Clean,if there is a question they have the answer! I live in a very private area & fully trust them coming to my home even if I'm not here. I have used 2 other local companies out here & was not happy ! Let's just say it was not a " pleasant " experience & had to say Aloha to both! I highly recommend .

I called numerous pool service companies in Oklahoma City metro area for a custom safety pool cover for the winter. Their response was reasonably prompt and I was quoted a fair price for a quality product. Installation was excellent and they threw in my pool closing with the deal!
