Terrible service , no knowledge of how to operate a pool cover with anchors and they left without winterizing or covering my pool stating they would need $800 now to drill all new holes for new anchors. My existing anchors work perfectly well and unscrew to hook into the springs that attach the cover , but he didnt understand how to do that. Buyer beware.
