This guy is rude and a know-it-all!  He left abruptly without finishing the work we had originally discussed.  He promised to call the following week to schedule a date to complete the remaining work and never did.  The work he did was very messy.  He dug trenches from our existing sprinkler system to add pop-ups in our flowerbeds.  All areas were he dug-up were left uncovered and I spent two hours cleaning up his freaking mess.  Three of the pop-ups he installed he left sticking up out of the ground about 4 inches and it looks like crap. 

He's slow, very expensive, messy and rude.  DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

I was referred to Aqualine by a neighbor. I have a very poorly installed irriation system (Aqualine did not install my system) and the sprinkler heads needed to be adjusted and others needed to be replaced due to damage caused by the mowing crew.  John responded within a reasonable amount of time, was quick to assess the adjustments needed to my system and make those adjustment.  He replaced various heads and raised other heads to extend the sprinkler spray over the landscaping.  Overall I was very pleased with the services and felt the charges were very reasonable.  John was very pleasant to deal with and was very professional while he was doing the work..  I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

Called aqualine to come out and repair the valve that was leaking. They came out that day. They dug the hole to access a larger work area around the valve box, which happened to be about three feet deep. Once it was dug up I got a call that said that it was an old valve and that they didn't work on them. I would have been happy to just have it replaced, but they suggested I call a plumber to work on it. They gave me a recommendation and I called them out for that day. When I met the plumber, he looked in the hole and said that it was a really old valve and that it just need to have the packing nut tighted , he turned it a few times and charged me $100 and left. Bottom line is - Aqualine charged me $77 to dig a hole. It would have been nice if they actually come back by and at least buried it as they had found it. I ended up shoveling the dirt back in.

Work performed was satisfactory, however I had asked for an analysis of my overall sprinkler head performance which he didn't seem to have time to do.

He works out of his car, but he is reliable and he fixes it every time without a problem. His prices are in line with everyone else and he does a good job for me.

John was prompt in responding to my phone query and quickly supplied me with an onsite estimate. Due to poor weather over a couple of weeks the work was delayed but the first weather-permitting day John (Aqualine) was prompt. The work went very quickly (much to my surprise) and was done expertly. Since the work went so quickly, my final price was less than expected. There was very little mess, again to my surprise because it was very wet and muddy. Excellent and professional work.

He came out and taught me enough about the system that I do not need to call him again. I was pleased with his work and he was top notch. I will call him again if I need to.

Professional attitude and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire sprinkler repair process. Very knowledgeable and I would recommend his services to anyone. Aqualine Sprinkler only repairs/optimizes sprinklers...does not install new sprinkler systems.

I called him and left a message on Wednesday, he called me back that evening and made an appointment for 9:00 Saturday morning. He was excatly on time, walked around and looked at the problem areas, made several suggestions (some of which we adopted, some not), and got the work comeplted and was gone in 90 minutes. Outstanding experience. Would highly recommend him.

John came right on time, he went right to work explaining everything he was doing. It was done in record time and very much to my liking. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

Not so great. Appreciate the honesty, but not how long it took to hear back from him or the fact that the secretary didn't tell me about the surcharge.

When we moved into our house over twenty years ago, the sprinkler system was already installed. We had no idea where the 4 underground valves were located. Several years ago, Mr. Beaty located the valve for one zone and repaired it. This time, the remaining 3 valves took hours to locate (whoever installed the system neglected to put 2 of the valves in boxes, which made them even harder to find underground.) Mr. Beaty spent hours in 90+ degree heat searching for the valves, then digging until he found them. Just the labor for the job was almost $300, but he earned every penny. Now, all four zones on our sprinkler system work great, and there's not one inch of the property that misses out on water. Mr. Beaty is really good at "tweaking" sprinkler heads so that water gets to the areas that need it. We spend a lot of money on plants and seeding our lawn each year so we have to have a sprinkler system that works properly. I can always count on Mr. Beaty's work, and he always shows up when he says he'll be here.

Aqualine Sprinkler & Repair was recommended by a friend and he came in and did a great job. He had actually under bid the job, but never charged anymore. He is so busy though, hard to get, I need more work, but he isn't able to come back till Nov.
