Beyond frustrated with this company. After ordering a spa and waiting several months for it to come in I finally got a date for delivery. Waiting several months was not an issue because we know they are backed up at the factory probably due to Covid. I called the day before to confirm the delivery and to make sure the proper cover lifter would be on the truck. We had upgraded so I wanted to make sure the upgraded lifter arrived. I was informed they did have the cover lifter And it would be on the truck. They did advise however they were out of chemicals to start the spa. That is my first Problem. After waiting for several months they should find a way to make sure the customer has chemicals they purchased. Even if they had to go to another spa store and buy them. Which is what I had to do to start the spa. Then once the spa arrived they began to put a cover lifter on that was not the one I ordered. After confirming they in fact did not have the proper cover lifter on the truck they told me they would be back on a certain day approximately a week and a half later. On the day the cover lifter was supposed to arrive I took a second day off of work and waited. By the end of the day no one had called or arrived at my house. The next day I was able to contact someone at the company who of course says it was a paperwork mixup and they would be out the following week. They gave me a date and time to expect the cover lifter to be installed. I took a third day off of work andTold Work I would be in after lunch because the company told me they would be here between 9 and 10 in the morning. After waiting until 1030 I called the company and was told something came up at their store and people would come out this afternoon to install the cover lifter. I don’t know if this company gives their employees unlimited time off but they have zero respect for their customers time. I am able to take half days off with just a little communication this could have been solved. So now expecting only to take one day off of work and having the spa delivered I am currently on day three and still have an incomplete spa. It is even more frustrating that at the very beginning I took the initiative to call them prior to delivery to confirm everything would be on the truck. To say the company is incompetent and disrespectful of peoples time is an understatement.Unless you are retired or have no job or have a job with unlimited time off I would use caution purchasing anything here. I understand delays and things happen but when they happen over and over and over again there is a flaw with the company that needs to be addressed.

Did not deliver product on time, was over 1 mo. late, parts were missing, no action form company to replace just voicemail, installers left dirt and cardboard containers all over the yard. Do Not Use would not recommend them or hire them again.

They provided free delivery and setup. Took the time to train us on all functions, draining and cleaning, and chemical usage. Always just a phone call away when help is needed.

Work was completed in a timely manner and the pool is in better shape, although we have some wrinkling on the steps (which may be due to chemicals, prior install issues - before this fix) or the liner quality . . . not sure exactly why.
The real concern was the suction line and quot;fixesand quot;. They found 2 places where the line appeared to have breaks and fixed both of them. The pool circulation appeared to work a little better for about a month. Since then we have been plagued with the same suction problems (not enough flow at the pump/air in the lines). I did call and was told that it was likely due to potential air leaks at the pump inlet. After losing suction several times (and perhaps the pump running dry for too long) and likely the age of the pump, the motor died on my pump. After considering a replacement of the motor alone, given the potential cracks at the inlet I ended up replacing the entire pump ($500 vs $150 to replace the motor). Installed new pump and we still have suction issues and air in the lines. Was able to manage for the rest of the season and then closed the pool.
We will have to see if the system has managed to repair itself (leaks through settling) or if we continue to have air issues when I open the pool up in a couple of months.

They did a good job getting the chemicals correct in our hot tub. They took in a sample of our water and tested it. Then they told us which chemical we need to neutralize the water.

Ordered spa in May and it arrived in July. One jet popped out, and someone came out the next day to fix it. I feel hopeful they will be as customer friendly in the future as they have been so far.

Very good experience. This company is new to our area, and was just in the process of setting up a showroom when we ordered our spa. It was a bit of a risk going with a new and unestablished vendor, but we took a chance. Many promises were made, and all were kept. Really had no problems at all. The swim spa is first-rate and Ryan's knowledge of his product is very thorough.
