Apple Valley's environmental values and goals align very well with ours. With a little more patience on our part, our lawn could theoretically be well-maintained without toxic chemicals and without adding to air pollution from one of the biggest offenders, gas-powered lawnmowers. Would love this to work. Unfortunately, at the time that we engaged Apple Valley, their specialized lawn equipment was not in place, and use of the weed treatment was not yet perfected for a heavily weeded lawn (why our new lawn was so weedy is another story). The services were only partially successful, and our HOA was anxious for us to quickly do better. We had to take another route. That said, Umberto was outstanding in terms of customer service -- communication was excellent and when the actual results did not measure up, he promptly refunded our charges. I would like to have this kind of human- and wildlife-friendly option for lawn care, and I am likely to try again in a few months because of AV's outstanding response to our issues. we are hoping they can be successful.

Very well, Humberto was diligent to make sure it looked well always asked me if they needed to make small changes. I was definitely pleased with final result.
