Great! Called for an appointment and they came out a few days later.. Checked all around the house and gave me a quote. I set up an appt. for the next week.. I moved all the stuff in the garage and removed part of the wood flooring in the sun room. The work was done in one day but because of the extreme cold they had to come back the next day to finish buffing out the concrete filler. Very professional and hard working. My parents have used Bill since he started his company back in the 70's. My In-laws also have termites and Bill will be coming out to do their house. Will use him for any other pest problems.

They do a careful, thorough job, and they are always helpful and kind.  We have used this service for many years and are always pleased with the results.  We had many scorpions when we moved here and they managed to handle those, they have done a complete termite system, which they maintain.  We LOVE this company and trust them for all of our extermination needs.

They are very good and reliable. I trust them enough that I'll leave the house open for them while I'm at work and they'll perform the service. After they leave I can set the alarm. They are more than willing to come back out as well and respray if I find any new bugs.

I'd recommend Anyhour Pest Control to anyone who is having problems with ants or other pests! We'd tried several different pest control companies and the ants just kept coming. They were overrunning our kitchen! The first time Anyhour came, they cautioned me it might be a few days before the ants disappeared, and if they were still inside in 3 days, call them. I called them, but it was the next day and it was to thank them! There were no ants in the kitchen the next morning!
We've signed up for their quarterly service to ensure ants and other pests don't return and they're very good about calling and making an appointment to come every quarter. Believe me, other companies often don't do this. In addition, their quarterly services include coming out to take care of any problems between the service. In 2 years I've had to call them twice; once when the drought drove the ants back in, and once when the rain drove the ants in. Both times Anyhour quickly responded, and the next day, ants were gone.
In addition to ants, we had a problem with racoons and possums in our attic. Anyhour set a live trap to catch the critters. So far we've caught 2 racoons and 1 possum, which they released far from our house. It appears the problem is solved at the moment, but I know I can call them again if the critters return. All this is included the quarterly service. No additional charge.
Anyhour is a small, family owned and operated company. This is the type company I like to deal with. I'm really happy I found them!

I originally called on 11/02/12. Bill called me back the same day. We discussed the problem and an appointment was made for the next week when we could be available. Bill and his team were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also prompt and courteous. They took the time to listen to our concerns. They walked around our property and took note of every area where the spiders had been previously seen. They even pointed out 3 live ones that we hadn't seen yet. They were ready to spray the same day. We would use them again.

As usual, they did a thorough inspection and treatment of the house, indoors and out. Recommend them highly. They are very knowledgeable and answer all questions. They do not appear to be in a big hurry to get to the next job, but are concerned about doing a proper job.

I guy, I worked with had used them in the past, and recommended them to me.
They were on time, and did what they said they would do, and suggested a follow up.

I would of liked a little more personalized service like if they would call before they come. They have come without letting us know and charged us a fee. We haven't seen any bugs which is good.

Very pleasant experience. Owner came out to do initial inspection. Service persons were knowledgable, helpful, prompt and polite, well groomed. Finished in a timely manner. Office person followed up with a phone call.

After noticing carpenter ants one night, I left messages with a half dozen exterminators at around 9pm. Any Hour was the first to call in the morning. They sent out a nice gentleman who inspected the perimeter for signs of ants, and sprayed where we had seen them the night before.
