During the installation we discovered that the new 36" cook top was slightly smaller than the old 36" cooktop. Only the top and bottom edges or the cook top are stainless steel so there is a less than 1/2" space on the outer side edges between the cook top and the counter. The installer stated that he would get two strips of stainless steel to cover the space. The installation was done on 1/23/14. It is now 2/11/14 and the installer has not returned. I have checked with the store twice and they have assured me both times that the stainless steel was ordered and the installer will return, however I have not seen or heard from him as of this date. Hard to believe it takes this long to get two strips of stainless steel. I can only rate this experience with a B minus.

We had service work completed in the past on a major appliance, and service and price was great.
We purchased a new refrigerator and Wes, Sales person, assisted us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the item.

Anthonys TV and Appliance Inc are very good and are customer oriented. Their prices are good, they have responded to some concerns that I have had with the refrigerator promptly. They had been trying to correct some issues that I had with the ice maker.

This transaction went so well I will never purchase appliances from anywhere else again! We needed a new dishwasher and a new trash compactor. I spent a lot of time researching the best in each category and finally decided on the Kitchen Aid appliances. I also conducted price research on the internet. After deciding what I wanted, I went to a large box store in our city, which had the dishwasher I wanted but not the trash compactor. The salesman said it would take at least a week to get the trash compactor and then another 2 weeks to install both appliances. I decided to go home and check Angie's List which is how I found Anthony's. I called and spoke with Blake and asked if I could purchase over the phone since we live in another city. He said sure and he quoted me the prices for the appliances and installation. I was floored - the price he quoted was about $600 less for both appliances and $250 less for installation!!! Also, they could order the trash compactor and install everything within 3 days rather than 3 weeks! Mike the installer stayed in constant contact with me from the time of purchase through installation. Also I purchased a sink from another store and as per Blake's suggestion, contracted with mike to install the sink. Mike charged about $100 less than the other store plus he added a drain and did other work. I am absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this transaction. I wish Anthony's were closer but I know if I have to travel to the store in the future it will be well worth it.

We just returned from vacation with a pile of dirty laundry and to our horror discovered the washing machine did not work. After some uneducated trouble shooting on my (He) machine, I went on Angie's list and found Anthony's. I called them and explained my situation and they sent someone over within 2 hours. It would have been 2 days but they understood my situation and made it happen. The repair man was very courteous and knowledgeable, discovered the problem and had it fixed within about an hour. He also taught us the importance of regular cleaning, not loading the tub too high and preventative maintenance for my machine. Overall great job and a big relief to my wallet after an extended vacation.

I dealt with Wes and decided to purchase it right on the spot! I am very happy with everything so far. They provided very good service. The delivery mean were very nice as well.

Oven went out just before Christmas. Priced the same oven at two other national chains and they were hundreds higher for the same oven.

Anthony's (Wes) had the oven in stock and installed in 2 days. Have bought multiple appliances from them over the years and found them to always have the best price.

Have also used them for service on older appliances and have been very pleased.

Our family has used Anthony's for years on several appliance purchases. The salesmen are knowledgeable and more than helpful but never overly pushy. Our washing machine went out on a Monday morning while my wife was catching up on some laundry after a vacation, the pair went out and she called and met me at the store during lunch. They scheduled delivery for the next morning and we were back up and running in no time. Delivery men are polite and courteous and always put things back in better condition than they left them. Show up when they say they will and go over and above to make sure everything is in proper working order before they leave.

Other than the labor charge the experience was very good. If anyone plans on using this company it would probably be a good idea to inquire wnat the labor charge is going to be - the amount I had to pay may be a flat rate whether it's 15 minutes or 15 hours. I'm reminded of the Doctor who said to the plumber when he got his bill "I'm a brain surgeon and I don't charge these kind of rates" to which the plumber replied "when I was a brain surgeon I didn't either".

The company installs the new appliances and takes away the old ones. The guy that installed them was just great. They are the only people that I will get appliances from.

Very well. We had been having problems with the picture flattening to just a horizontal line in the middle of the screen. I called the Toshiba manufacturer for the authorized repair shops. Upon calling each, they were not very helpful. I would have to take in the set for a diagnostic and they projected a minimum cost of $120.00. My brother suggested I check with Anthony's. They are less than a mile from my home. I stopped in when the TV repair person was in and he had a good idea what the problem was and offered to just come to my house and fix it. His estimate was $60.00. It has been two weeks and so far the problem has not returned.

Anthonys TV and Appliance is excellent. They didn't even charge me for the service call, just for the part because it was so minute. They are very professional and helpful. They are very quick to respond. They are very knowledgeable in their work.
