I suspect that this may be a family run operation as "Andy" himself and his helper arrived - 10 minutes before scheduled. Their attitude was that their top priority was to make me feel that I called the right people to fix my problem. They quickly evaluated the situation and between them developed a plan of action and went to work. It took them about 20 minutes and that was after rechecking the line to ensure the problem was resolved rather than just running to the next job. Not only pleased with this company but will rehire them to change out and upgrade my hot water tank in the near future.

I was not completely satisfied with the results; the faucet continued to leak after they were here. I switched companies because I didn’t feel like the work was done to my satisfaction. They've done work for me before that was adequate.

Very slow work, took him 1/2 of a day to repair a faucet handle. He did have to go buy additional parts is his only salvation. I think he took extended time to do the repairs to drive up the cost since I knew he did not have to go through the wall to make the necessary repairs.
Response from Andy's Plumbing
"The broken faucet handle was on a Tub/Shower and "Stem" replacement , the handle covers the internal stem that is connected to a valve that is not see by the customer it is behind the wall in some case a wall that has been tiled. When the handle is removed and the stem is revealed the hard water/lime deposits make successful removement of the stem impossible for the new replacement of the stem and or seat and seal. If the amount of hard water/lime deposits will not allow a sucsessful removal of the stem this can create a larger issue with the entire valve behind the wall. When working on these types of repairs we are faced with the challage to try and carry every repair part on our truck. Some older and newer faucet parts are not available at the local supply houses. We are then put in the position to use the specialty stores for some parts on older and some new faucets. This particular job took longer due to the honering the customers request to not remove tile or cut into wall, not to pad the bill. Andy replaced hot and cold stems and handles, also installed a new 8" spread faucet w/drain into the lavatory sink (customer had provided the new faucet). For the total price of $225.00 for all tasks! The breakdown of the total bill is as follows: $125.00 to replace 2 new stems and seats (1 hot side, 1 cold side) with 2 new exterior handles over stems. $100.00 to remove old lavatory faucet, installing customer provided new lavatory faucet, re-connecting hot and cold water as well as drain. The information contained in this response is from the actual invoice on file with our office with the member's signature for a invoice cost of $225.300 paid by check on February 8, 2010"

They were absolutely excellent and really nice. I was really impressed with them. They worked really hard. The owner's wife would phone me at the end of the day and ask if everything was satisfactory. They kept checking and making sure they were doing what I wanted them to do. They didn't leave the whole lawn messed up and they cleaned it off and leveled it.

I phoned their business number and Cindy told me that Andy would be their the next day at the latest. Cindy is Andy's secretary and wife and together I think they run a very good business. Andy came on the 23rd of July and figured out what I needed without requiring a fee for his estimate. He was the most reasonable one of all the companies I telephoned. His professionalism shone through every time he came to my property. However, he still managed to be down to earth and friendly. The only thing that slowed Andy and his associate (s) down was the Oklahoma City Utility people with their inspections. Andy completed the job in a three of the days between 7-23-08 and 7-30-08.

My son used Andys Plumbing and referred him to me. He came out to my home on a weekend to fix the drain. He came out here with no problem. He did very well cleaning it out. Overall, it was an excellent job.
