Ordered lighting for our new house from Andrews. Worked with Michael on June 7th in store to pick out the lights. We chose not to purchase our ceiling fans from them as they were overpriced and the selection did not have any fans that seemed to fit our style.
Lights were supposed to be installed this week at the new house, however, it was determined that Michael (who left the company) never ordered the lights for the master bath (2 vanity lights, overhead light) or the pendants for the kitchen peninsula.
Requested that the company reimburse us for ordering the lights online for delivery, but company has refused. Their only offered solution is to put temporary lights (attic bulbs) in and wait for the lights to come in in September/October. Particularly in the master bath, this is not a workable solution. I understand if there was a manufacturer back order, but this is clearly their mistake and in my opinion, they are not doing what they need to do to make it right.
Oh, and by the way, I can get the lights shipped out by August 13th with no shipping charge and at a cheaper price than they charged.

They sell all types of lighting. They sell all types of lamps such as ceiling fan lighting and all types of outside lights. I actually had an outside lamp that went bad. I took it in and they repaired it at no cost. The repair was great. The staff was very good. Their pricing is a little high if I am going to buy lighting but they did the repair for me at no cost.
