I went to Amini's on approximately Sept 16 or 17 requesting information on the shedule. The manger said he would call his "rep" and contact me. No information other than the factory has it and it shouldn't be long.
Called the manager on Sept 23 requesting info. Same story...will call rep and let me know. I called Sept 25 at 2:50 pm because I had not received any information. Manager with customer and will call. I realize it is only a $1,000 umbrella. However, it has been paid for and we should have been enjoying it for the past three weeks. Very disapointed!
Still Sept 25th, later I called again & talked to the manager. He will again contact his rep. Manager is off on Thursdays.
No call on Friday. I have crossed Treasure Garden and Amini's off my approved merchants list. Never again will I consider either.
