American Roof Scapes
About us
Our goal here at American Roof Scapes Inc. is to fight for you the homeowner against the insurance company to ensure all homeowners receive the highest quality products for there home in the event of any insurance claim. Also to ensure the insurance company pays for all of the damages to your property not just some parts, of damaged areas. When necessary we employ the best public insurance adjusters & attorneys in the market to ensure all of of the consumers claims are paid. Oftentimes insurance companies will have the homeowners get several separate bids, to do construction work on there property and telling the homeowners that often times the least expensive person is the best. Another reasoning insurance companies hope you take the lowest bid is in the hopes that you the homeowner are expecting to keep some of the money. The reason they would hope you would do this is so they not only can deny or avoid paying your claim but it leaves you the homeowner susceptible to potentially committing a fraudulent act. Don't let the insurance company set you up to fail by getting the least qualified contractor who will cut corners and use substandard materials. and still charge the same price if not more than what a qualified contractor will install. On all of our roofs we install them to the manufacturers highest warranty standard. We are also certified with most all major manufacturers as well as having general liability and workmen's comp insurance.
