this was a horrible experience for my first re-finance. I started this process with them in the middle of august and was told that it would be completed by the middle of September. I finally decided to go with another company in the middle of October when the process was still not completed. I had every bit of paperwork they asked for turned into them by August 21st and yet they kept calling and asking for more information or updated information at least once a week. This company caused me to go into even more debt because of the extended time it took them to work on it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone trying to get your finances in order in a timely basis.
