I tried to meet with him when he came out for the first time since i was a new customer but he only comes to my area once a week and it was when i wasn't home. when i returned i noticed the pool had not been vacuumed and the baskets near the pool equip had not been cleaned. They said they missed the ones in the back which means they never looked at the pool equip. I decided not to use them anymore and asked for a bill. I expected a reduced rate since they admitted all things weren't done. They demanded payment in full.

They are really good. I just bought the house, and they sat down with me and actually went over everything about the pool with me, unlike some people who just show you, without telling you first. They charged me $149 to start up the pool, and I will be paying $150 a month for them to come out four times a month. I’ve actually recommended them to three of my neighbors.
