Great! He had our jammed door opened and corrected the settings on the opener within minutes. Cost was comparable to any service call.

Bob, the owner, and his assistant came out today, November 30th. They were able to come out earlier than our appointment time which was great. After analyzing the situation and doing a few tests that determined the cause, the circuit board was replaced from the nonworking unit. The rollers were also lubricated on both doors (since we have two garage doors). We were lucky that he had the needed circuit board since our model was outdated and they no longer make circuit boards for it. It was the last one he had too (and he gave us a discount on it). There is a one year warranty on this part. He offered to reprogram our garage door openers as well, but we couldn't find where we put them. He told us how to reprogram them when we do find them. We have used this company before, a few years ago, when we had him install a new garage door opener. It is still going strong. We will continue to use Bob in the future and highly recommend him to everybody.

The provider himself couldn't make it to my house is a timely manner (i.e same day) so he sent a provider from Windsor door which I appreciated as we couldn't close our garage door. So very good in the punctuality and responsiveness areas. The worker from Windsor door was nice and professional. He said All Metro calls him on occasion when he can't get to something right away. I don't know why more contractors don't do this. It is helpful to the customer (instead of just saying "I'm too busy") and it helps the contractor not lose a future customer. I would use All Metro again and/or Windsor.

Bob did an excelent job.  I have an old garage door that quit working.  He serviced the door, tightened up the nuts and bolts holding the opener in place and told me how to maintain the door going forward.  He arrived on time, did his work in a timely manner, didn't try to sell me or talk me into something I didn't need.  I really appreciated that. I will definately call him again.

Mr. Hamilton responded promptly to my call for service and was here the following morning after I called, and at the time he quoted.  He worked quickly and made all the requested repairs, then told us what he did and what the problem was.  He also demonstrated the key pad and left the instructions with us.  We will use All-Metro again if the need arises.

We contacted All-Metro Overhead Door Service for a price quote  for a new garage door opener. Everyone in this area seems to Highly recommend, sell and install the Liftmaster brand of door openers.  We were installing it on a rental property so we were basically looking for a good low-end model without a lot of extra bells and whistles. When it came down to it we chose the model 3255 and wanted to have 2 remote controls and a doorbell switch opener at the entrance to the garage. We did not need a punch code pad etc, so basically it came to price and date of install.
They were very professional and answered all of our questions quickly. When it came down to it the one reason we did not use them was based solely on price. Other than that I do not feel I would of hesitated to have them install a unit in our home.

Bob was fantastic. He arrived 15 minutes late, but he called ahead of time to let us know which I really really appreciated. He came in and fixed a broken cable and several rollers that had fallen off the garage door of the older home we just purchased. We had temporarily lost power that afternoon and it coincidentally was off when he was working at our house. He had a generator in his truck that he used to test to confirm the door was working with the remote. Then he set up a second remote for us. He was very professional, thorough, and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with their garage.

Every thing went well from the initial phone call to completion. The reason we needed the work done on an emergency basis was because I had surgery on this day and would be unable to facilitate the service on the next day. See above.

The garage door came down on my vehicle.  When I backed out it damaged the panel.  I called All Metro on Thursday and he said he might not be able to come out until Saturday.  But on Friday Morning he called and said he would be their between 10-11.  He was there within that lotted time, repaired the door rather than trying to sell me new panels.  I am very pleased with this company.  This is the 2nd time I have used them.

Overall, it went well. They replaced the broken door spring and had the door working again in about 20 minutes. The only drawback at all, small but worth mentioning, was the price. Replacement springs at Lowe's, although smaller in size than mine, sold for about $25. So to pay $140 for a slightly larger spring, and a 20 minute install, seems a little pricey to me. However, there are many garage door companies charging much more, so take that with a grain of salt. They were friendly and seemed to be good guys, so I would use them again if needed.
