ALL HOURS PLUMBING SERVICE

A renter in one of my rent houses called stating that the toilet in the master bathroom was backing up into the master bathtub and that the master bathtub was not draining.
It was close to 5pm so I called All Hours Plumbing because I figured so late in the day I needed a plumber who worked 'all hours.'
I was told to snake the drain from the exterior ground level cleanout or from the tub inside would be $98 during the day and basically double that after hours.
The tenant decided to apply Liquid Plumber overnight to see if the drain would clear (I had agreed to cover the first $100 of the repair).
The next day it was still clogged so I called All Hours Plumbing back.
I was again quoted the $98 price and also told if they had to snake from the roof it would be $135 (now putting the job close to what a reputable company like Roto Rooter had quoted me).
The plumber finally arrived, but did not arrive with proper tools - claimed he only brought a 'small snake' when he needed a larger one. Even though they advertise as 'All Hours' plumbing, he said he couldn't return until the next day (Sat.) but would be there by 9am. Meaning my tenant had to go another day without access to her toilet or shower/bathtub.
9am came and went. Several calls were placed to All Hours Plumbing before they finally arrived in the afternoon.
They ended up charging my tenant $189 (more than quoted and they apparently did not get on the roof). This, even though I specifically told them that if the job was going to be more than the quoted amount that they were to call me for approval (they didn't).
When the tenant asked why such a higher price (I wasn't there) the plumber said he'd call me (the home owner) and explain.
He never called and I called the company twice reminding them they said they'd call and that they overcharged me without approval.
Needless to say I do not find All Hours Plumbing professional. They quote a low price and then charge you more, they don't show when they say they are going to, they don't bring proper tools and they lie and don't do what they say they are going to do.
I would not recommend them and I will not use them in the future.

I have hired All Hours for, both, the company I work for and my personal needs. The guys are honest and know what they are doing. Several times, they worked on some huge projects needed by my boss for commercial property and saved him thousands and thousands of dollars. We have brought in several companies for their bids and All Hours always comes out on top (by far).

The lady that answers the phone is really sweet. They are prompt, they do great work; however, the repairmen that has done all of our work the past three years now is always rude and unprofessional. They never call to let me know the job is complete; they just send me a bill. If we call with a questions the repairman has an attitude. He treated us as if the company no longer needs any business.

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. I called, made my appointment, and when the day came, they never showed up (or called). I called them around 6:00 pm and wasn't given any explanation but said someone would be out in the next 2 hours. In an hour they called and said they were really busy (and had been all day) and would have to come out in the morning. They finally arrived in the morning. Two days later I called to report that my toilet was now making noise every 5 minutes consistently. The lady that answered the phone said she would check to see if someone could come out that afternoon and call me right back. FIVE DAYS LATER I sent a letter to the owner stating that I had never gotten a return call and still had work that needed to be completed. He sent someone out and the person told me that the "flapper" in the toilet was causing the problem and it should have been replaced when the valve was replaced. That fixed the problem.

All Hours Plumbing Service did a great job. I found them to be pleasant and professional. They were quick, efficient and clean. The estimate and final cost were exact. I would use them again and recommend them.
