ALL AROUND HEAT & AIR

Tim, the owner installed a complete new new furnace and Air conditioner about 3 years ago.  Excellent units and service, cost us about $3500 (don't recall exact figures).  Have called him a total of three times since then, and Tim would not charge me anything as it was all under warranty.  Which I did not know was covered, he could have ripped me off and I would not have known it.  I told him to at least charge me for a service call to cover his time and expense and he would not. It is hard in this day and time to find someone that honest and fair.  Not only is Tim and upstanding man he is also a great technician.  I cannot say enough good about him.

Tim is so great.  He came highly recommended from a friend, and this was my first time to meet him.  He came over the day we contacted him and walked us through our options, helping us understand what we needed.  He gave us a low price option ($6900) and a higher efficiency option ($8900). 
We picked what we wanted, and he went straight to work.  He took care of old stuff and did all of the ordering and moving of the new units.  He install our new air conditioning unit (condenser/coil), furnace, and totally new ductwork.  After he finished, he filed our paperwork for the gas company rebate for us and gave us all of the documentation we will need for additional tax credits.
I can't say enough good things.  Tim is kind, hardworking, does high-quality work, and provide great value for the money.  I really appreciate the lower-priced option and the fact that he didn't pressure us at all.  I would recommend him to anyone!
