They could have sold me a new unit, but they didn?t ? they gave me a better eye-opener that was stronger, they had it rebuilt and was guaranteed. They also gave me a senior discount, I paid $75 which was reasonable. They were so honest and truthful with me, they were very trustworthy, the BBB recommends them. and I would recommend them to my neighbors. They are a family owned business, they handle all models, parts and services, broken cables, strings ? they have it all.

My wife called me in a panic while I was at work. The garage door spring had broken and she could not get her vehicle out of the garage. I contacted All American Garage Door to repair the door. They were very prompt to respond and had the door repaired within a couple of hours from my phone call. My wife said Paul was very friendly and helpful. While at the house he inspected the spring on a second garage door and discovered that the spring was stressed and could break in the near future. That spring was replaced as well. The cost of the repair service was less than I had expected and the response was very quick. I will contact All American Garage Door for any future needs and will certainly recommend them to others.

Used for multiple jobs on family homes in the past. Always courteous and responsive. On this particular occasion, my daughter was unable to get her garage door open, because the spring had broken. Paul worked it in the same day I called. Repair/Installation costs always seem reasonable.

They seemed to be an individual owned company and very attentive. He's ex-military and paid attention to detail and did a very nice job.

Called and left message on their answering machine at 6:55 and got a call at 8:30. They were at my house within an hour. Fixed the cable and a broken hinge in about 30 minutes. Fast and courteous. Relatively inexpensive for a service call and repair (compared to having plumbing or air conditioning problems). Would recommend and use again.

I called 405 354-8809, and told them my spring was messed up on my garage door and that the coils had come undone. He mentioned that I was out of their service area, but he'd send someone out there to fix my problem for $130.00. It seemed high, but I am out of the way and I was needing this problem fixed quickly. Also, I was referred to this company by a co-worker.They said it wouldn't be able to get out to my house until the afternoon. About an hour later, a tech called and said he was on his way. Some time after that, the tech called back and said he got it taken care of and that it was not as bad as they thought it was going to be. Turns out, the initial install was shotty, the All American tech repaired the original mistake and recoiled the lines. And to top it off, he only charged my $80! He could have easily lied and said he did all sorts of other stuff, but he was very honest. I'm really surprised no one else has posted a review for this company.
